MORAY COUNCIL (LINKWOOD ROAD, ELGIN) 40MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2022

Moray Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The general effect of the Order which will come into operation on 16/09/22 will be to prohibit any person from driving or causing or permitting to be driven any vehicle at a speed exceeding 40mph on that section of Linkwood Road as described in the Schedule to the Order.

The Order is being introduced in the interests of road safety, to reduce traffic speeds and limit conflicts between vehicles travelling on Linkwood Road and those exiting or entering the new residential site, primary school and sports centre. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on 01/07/22.
