The Moray Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the C19E Scotstonhill Road - Fernyfield Road (at Jctn A96) from 26/11/18 until 31/01/19. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to the construction of a new A96 roundabout and is an extension of a previous Order which originally came into effect on 15/01/18. An alternative route will be available via B9103 Lossiemouth To Sheriffston Road >> A96 Elgin >> Fochabers Road.
