Temp Footpath Closure and No Waiting - Buckie - Moray Archived

THE MORAY COUNCIL (SUTHERLAND STREET, BUCKIE TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE & PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2018

The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpath (west side only) and to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction (from jctn Anton Street to jctn Alexander Street) on Sutherland Street, Buckie from 19/11/18 to 07/12/18. The temporary restrictions have been imposed due to the reconstruction of the footpath.
