THE MORAY COUNCIL (PILMUIR ROAD, FORRES – ROLLING PROGRAMME (ENTIRE LENGTH) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE & PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2018

The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpaths and to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction on Pilmuir Road, Forres – rolling programme (along its entire length) from 25/06/18 to 03/08/16. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to street lighting cable and column replacement works. Pedestrian access to be maintained.
