THE MORAY COUNCIL (NORTH STREET, ELGIN (FROM JUNCTION HIGH STREET TO BUS STATION ACCESS) EMERGENCY TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER, 2018
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close North Street, Elgin from junction High Street to the Bus Station Access from 10/05/18 until 10/06/18. The emergency temporary restriction has been imposed due to dangerous building repair works. Diversion for Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles: Batchen Street >> South Street >> Greyfriars Street >> Alexandra Road
Diversion For HGV’s & Plainstones Deliveries: Plainstones >> Lossie Wynd >> Alexandra Road.
