THE MORAY COUNCIL (ST. ANDREWS ROAD, LHANBRYDE (NORTH SIDE) (HEAVY GOODS VEHICLE LOADING BAY) ORDER 2018
The Council propose to make the above Order under S32 and S35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The general effect will be to introduce a heavy goods vehicle only loading bay on the north side of St. Andrews Road, Lhanbryde from a point 134 metres or thereby east of the projected eastern kerbline of Burnside Road for a distance of 32 metres or thereby in an easterly direction all as specified in the Schedule to the Order.
The provision of this new loading bay is to serve a new retail development at St. Andrews Road, Lhanbryde in accordance with planning permission granted to the developer by The Moray Council on 25 November 2016.
