THE MORAY COUNCIL (DUNCAN DRIVE, ELGIN - NORTH SIDE - ROLLING PROGRAMME (FROM NO 88 JUNCTION LANG WALK – NO 116 JUNCTION HAMILTON DRIVE) - TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER, 2018

The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpath on the north side of Duncan Drive, Elgin (from No 88 junction Lang walk – No 116 junction Hamilton Drive) from 05/03/18 to 23/03/18. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to kerb replacement and footway repair works. Pedestrians to utilise adjacent footpath.
