THE MORAY COUNCIL (TULLOCH PARK, FORRES – BOTH SIDES (ROLLING PROGRAMME FOR ITS ENTIRE LENGTH) - TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2018
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction on both sides of Tulloch Park, Forres (rolling programme for its entire length) from 19/03/18 to 30/03/18. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to street lighting cable and column replacement works.
