Temporary Road Closure - Lugton Brae, Dalkeith - Midlothian Archived

Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate Scottish Power HV cable installation works the full length of Lugton Brae will be closed. The Order which has a maximum duration of 18 months has effect from 30 May 2019 for a period of approximately 3 weeks under exception of 10 to 16 June (inclusive) 2019 when the road will be fully open and exempt from the restriction. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffic will be via A6106 Old Dalkeith Road, Dalkeith.
