Millerhill Road, Danderhall - Temporary Road Closure - Midlothian Archived

Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is that for a temporary period to allow site investigation works in advance of a sewer diversion, A6106 Millerhill Road will be closed between Shawfair Avenue and Newton Village. The Order which has a maximum duration of 18 months has effect from 19 November 2018 and it is expected that the work will take about 2 weeks to complete. Alternative routes for pedestrians, buses and general vehicular traffic will be via The Wisp, A7 Old Dalkeith Road, Danderhall and Shawfair Avenue.
