ORDER 2019
Glasgow City Council hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under sections 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping up of:
Part of Norman Street
Part of Colvend Street
Part of Martin Street
Part of Solway Street
A copy of the Order and relevant plan specifying the length of roads to be stopped up may be inspected at Glasgow City Council, 45 John Street, Glasgow G1 1JL by any person free of charge, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays), during a period of 28 days from the date of publication of this notice. Within that period any person may, by notice to Development and Regeneration Services, 231 George Street, Glasgow, G1 1RX object to the making of the Order. If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Order may be confirmed by the City Council as an unopposed Order.
