THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, AIRTH) (TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) (No.TTRO/1905) ORDER 2024
Falkirk Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 18 April, 2024.
The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 20mph on the lengths of roads identified in the Schedule to this Order and shall come into force on the 29 April 2024 for a maximum duration of 18 months.
The temporary speed restriction is considered necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public on or near the said lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Order.
