  THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (BOMAINS ROAD & DAWSON PLACE, BO’NESS)                                                  

                          (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

                                       (NO.TTRO/2516) ORDER 2024

The Council has made the above-named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit traffic on the Bomains Road and Dawson Place, Bo’ness, from 07:30 hours on 15/04/24 until 17:00 hours on 21/04/24 to allow for carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out.

2. This Order temporarily closes:
    > Bomains Road, Bo’ness from its junction with Dean Road (A993) to its
       junction with Douglas Avenue. 
    > Dawson Place, Bo’ness, from its junction with Douglas Avenue for
       distance of 30m, in southerly direction.
3. The alternative routes:  
   > Bomains Road - Dean Road (A993), Linlithgow Road (A706), Douglas
      Avenue and vice versa. Local access only.
   > Dawson Place – no alternative route available, local access only.
