THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, BO'NESS) (SPECIAL EVENT)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (TTRO/2490) ORDER 2024

Falkirk Council made the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1), 2(2), 4(1) and 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling them to do so.

The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit waiting on the length(s) of road or roads identified in the Schedule to this Notice and shall come into force  at 12:00 hours to 23:59 hours on 26/03/24.  The temporary prohibition of waiting is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a special event, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length(s) of road as are indicated by Police Officers in uniform or the appropriate traffic signs and specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
