THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (EDWARD, AVENUE, STENHOUSEMUIR)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

(NO.TTRO/2192) ORDER 2022

 

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit traffic on Edward Avenue, Stenhousemuir Larbert from 07:30 hours on 06/07/22 until 17:00 hours on 17/07/22, which two separate phases. The prohibition is to allow carriageway surfacing work to be carried out safely.

  2. This Order temporarily closes Edward Avenue, Stenhousemuir:
  • Phase 1 - from its junction with Inverary Drive to its junction Blenheim Place.
  • Phase 2 - from its junction with Blenheim Place to its junction with Muirhead Road.
  1. The alternative route is:
  • Phase 1 - Antonshill Roundabout (A88) – New Carron Road (B902) – King Street (B905), Muirhead Road/Margaret Terrace, Edward Avenue and vice versa.
  • Phase 2 – Edward Avenue, Antonshill Roundabout (A88) – New Carron Road (B902) – King Street (B905), Muirhead Road/Margaret Terrace and vice versa.
