THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, SLAMANNAN, AVONBRIDGE, STANDBURN, MADDISTON, WHITECROSS) (SPECIAL EVENT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (TTRO/1669) ORDER 2019
Falkirk Council with the consent of the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 16B(6)(b) made the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1), 2(2), 4(1) and 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicles on the length(s) of road or roads identified in the Schedule to this Notice and shall come into force at 06:45 hours to 17:00 hours on 08/09/19. The temporary prohibition of traffic is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a special event, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length(s) of road as are indicated by Police Officers in uniform and specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
