THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, WESTQUARTER) (PUBLIC PROCESSION)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (TTRO/1277) ORDER 2018
Falkirk Council with the consent of the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 16B(6)(b) made the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1), 2(2), 4(1) and 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicles on the lengths of road or roads identified in the Schedules to this Notice and shall come into force at 07:15 hours to 08:45 hours, 08:45 hours to 10:15 hours and 16:15 hours to 17:45 hours on 30/06/18. The temporary restriction of vehicles is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a public procession, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by Police Officers in uniform and specified in the Schedules to this Notice.
