Temporary Traffic Regulation Order – Springfield Road, Neilston
A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) has been promoted authorising the closure of a section of Springfield Road, Neilston to vehicular traffic in order to facilitate the safe operation of essential Scottish Water utility works.
The closure will be in operation from Monday 10 August until Sunday 1 November 2020.
Pedestrian access and access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the restriction may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time
