NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the East Renfrewshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 32, 35 and 45 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council propose to introduce and / or amend parking places, both on-street and in off-street car parks, to facilitate the charging of electric vehicles and include powers to suspend the use of such places as required.

ANY PERSON may make representation or submit an objection to the proposal by e-mail to: parking@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk or in writing to: Chief Officer, Legal and Procurement, East Renfrewshire Council Headquarters, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, G46 6UG

All objections must be received by 17 January 2020 and must state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
