East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under 82(2), 83(2) and of paragraph 27 (1) of Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a 30mph speed limit on the B1407 Tyninghame
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday 28/8/17 to Friday 6/10/17 during normal office hours.
Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
