THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (WEST SIDE OF THE A81 MILNGAVIE ROAD, BEARSDEN) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021
On the 23 March 2021 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time on the west side of the A81 Milngavie Road from a point 24 metres south of the extended south kerbline of Mosshead Road southwards for a distance of 151 metres or thereby, by reason of public safety and convenience.
This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Monday, 5 April until 18.00 hours on Monday, 28 June 2021.
