THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (WEST CHAPELTON AVENUE AND WEST CHAPELTON CRESCENT, BEARSDEN)
NO WATING AND NO LOADING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS)ORDER 2019
On 11 October 2019 the East Dunbartonshire Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 which comes into operation on Monday, 4 November 2019. The proposed Order was advertised in the Milngavie and Bearsden Herald which was published on 26 April 2019 and the effect of the order is to introduce no waiting and no loading at any time restrictions on a section of road located at the west end of West Chapelton Avenue, between West Chapelton Lane and West Chapelton Crescent and the sections of roads at the junction of West Chapelton Avenue and West Chapelton Crescent.
A copy of the Order and plans detailing the lengths of road affected may be examined during normal office hours and without payment of fee at the offices of:-

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision therein on grounds that the Order is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any relevant Regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 11 September 2019 make application to the Court of Session for this purpose.
