THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (BALMUILDY ROAD, BISHOPBRIGGS) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019
The East Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, make the above named Order to be observed by vehicles between 11.00 hours and 20.00 hours on Sunday, 5 May 2019 for reasons of public safety and convenience.
ROAD CLOSURE
Balmuildy Road, Bishopbriggs between Stirling Drive, Bishopbriggs and the East Dunbartonshire Council/Glasgow City Council Boundary. Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in event activities and those vehicles requiring access to properties or land adjacent to the closed section of road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE
The alternative routes for vehicles are by way of Balmuildy Road, Hilton Road, the A803 Kirkintilloch Road, the A807 Torrance Road, the A807 Balmore Road, the A879 Balmore Road, and these routes will be sign posted.
