THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (B822 CAMPSIE ROAD, LENNOXTOWN)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019
On the 8 January 2019 The East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works) on B822 Campsie Road, Lennoxtown, between its junctions with the A891 Campsie Road/Rowantree Place and its junction with Primrose Way, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
The alternative routes for vehicles are by way of the A891 Campsie Road in Lennoxtown and Milton of Campsie, the B757 Birdston Road in Milton of Campsie, and Milton Road in Kirkintilloch, the A803 Glasgow Road and Kirkintilloch Road in Kirkintilloch, the A807 Torrance Road, the B822 Main Street and Campsie Road in Torrance, and these routes will be sign posted.
This Order will operate from 09:30 hours on Monday, 14 January until 18:00 hours on Monday, 11 March 2019.
