THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL
(LEDCAMEROCH ROAD, WHITEHILL ROAD, THORN ROAD, THORN DRIVE AND COLQUHOUN DRIVE, BEARSDEN)
(TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2018
The East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time on either side of (i) Ledcameroch Road between its junctions with Drymen Road and Whitehill Road; (ii) Whitehill Road between its junctions with Ledcameroch Road and Thorn Road; (iii) Thorn Road between its junctions with Whitehill Road and Thorn Drive; (iv) Thorn Drive between its junctions with Thorn Road and Colquhoun Drive; and (v) Colquhoun Drive between its junctions with Thorn Drive and Drymen Road, Bearsden because of the likelihood of danger to the public.
This Order will operate from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Sunday, 11 November 2018.
Contravention of the order that may be inspected Broomhill Industrial Estate; Kilsyth Road, Kirkintilloch, G66 1TF could result in a penalty of up to level 3 of the standard scale (£1000).
