(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 17th January 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Deans Civil Engineering to carry out sewer connections
Temporary Road Closure – C113, Cutsraw Road, Stewarton, eastbound for 100 Metres.
The Order commences on 30 January 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 30 January 2023 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 13 February 2023 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access and access for residents will be via diversion route only, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
An alternative route will be signed via Cutstraw Rd, B778,Ayr Rd, Clunch Rd and vice versa
