NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Openreach Works

Name & affected length of road – Garden Street, From No 8 Garden street to Jct of B742 (Both Sides) From Cottleston Cottage (Church Street) to Jct of B742 (Both Sides) From No 12 Main street B742 to No 2 B742 (Both Sides) .

Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time

This Notice commences on 19 January 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 19 January 2023 at 08:00 with the restrictions removed by 17:00 later that same day.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
