Notice is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic
(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and
the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted
classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein
Name of road - Poole Avenue, Brown Crescent, Ohiltree
Affected length of road - From its junction with Stewart Avenue through to its junction with Brown Crescent,
From its junction with Gallowlee Avenue through to its junction Main Street.
Nature and period of restriction -
Road closed daily Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00pm
No waiting daily Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00pm
This Notice is in force daily from 07:00 hours on Monday 3rd October 2022 until 18:00 hours on Friday 7th October 2022
or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are
displayed.
Reason for restriction - Carriageway Resurfacing Works
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or
vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Diversion Route - traffic should proceed via Main Street, Gallowlee Avenue, Stewart Avenue and vice versa
