NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -
Name of road -U36, Galston
Affected length of road- From its junction with 37 to Altonlea
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure from 08:00 hours Thursday 30th June 2022 to 18:00 hours Monday 4th July 2022
This Notice is in force from 08:00 hours on Thursday 30th June 2022 until 18:00 hours on Monday 4th July 2022 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate BT works
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Diversion Route; Diverted traffic should proceed via U37 to A719 and vice versa
