NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -
Name of road - Margaret Parker Avenue, Kilmarnock
Affected length of road - From its junction with B7064 to its junction with Southhook View.
Nature and period of restriction - Road Closure from 09:30 hours Wednesday 18th May 2022 to 18:00 hours Wednesday 18th May 2022.
This Notice is in force from 09:30 hours on Wednesday 18th May 2022 until 18:00 hours on Wednesday 18th April 2022 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate Scottish Water Iron Works
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Diversion Route -
Local access will be maintained to Southhook View, Southhook Crescent and Margaret Parker Avenue throughout Road Closure times.
