On 12/10/21 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to travel or for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle or for any vehicle to wait at any time on Quarry Knowe, Auchinleck, between No’s. 11 and 31, Quarry Knowe, (except pedestrians and vehicles engaged on the works installing a drainage system for the new housing development), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 09:00 hrs on 25/10/21 until 09:00 hrs on 15/11/21, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Alternative Route: All traffic should proceed via the temporary road constructed to the side of the closed road.
