NOTICE OF PROPOSALS
East Ayrshire Council, in accordance with Section 23(2)(b) and 25 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, hereby gives notice of its intention to install a Puffin Crossing at the following location in the town of Kilmarnock:
