East Ayrshire Council (Underwood Road, Cumnock) (Temporary 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2020 - East Ayrshire Archived

On 23/10/20 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20mph on Underwood Road a distance of 225m or thereby, in Cumnock, by reason of public safety.

The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 29/10/20 and remain in force until 17:00 hrs on 17/04/22.
