On 17/12/19 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle or for any person to travel on David Dale Ave, Stewarton, from Crusader Cres to the property boundary of flats 13 to 23 and No. 11 David Dale Ave (except vehicles or pedestrians engaged on CCG Scotland Ltd works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.

 

The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 06/01/20 until 08:00 hrs on 03/02/20, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

 

Alternative Route: Vehicles should proceed via Crusader Cres, Lothian Rd, Sim St, Kilwinning Rd, Standalane and Lainshaw St, Stewarton and vice versa.

 

Alternative Route: Pedestrians should proceed via Crusader Cres, Morton Rd, Fleming Dr, Lothian Rd, footpath to Kilwinning Rd, Kilwinning Rd, Standalane and Lainshaw St, Stewarton and vice versa.
