On 12/11/19 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Avenue Square, Stewarton, by reason of the holding of the Christmas lights switch on event on or near the roads.
The Order will be in force from 17:00 hrs until 21:00 hrs on 21/11/19, or until the event has come to an end whichever is earlier and will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
Alternative Route: via B769 Main St, A735 Rigg St and Brown St and vice versa.
