NOTICE OF MAKING
NOTICE is hereby given that on 12/09/19 the Council made the above-named Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and of all other enabling powers.
The Order which comes into operation on 7/10/19 was advertised in the Kilmarnock Standard and the Cumnock Chronicle on 19/06/19, the effect of the Order is as stated in said notices but for the following exceptions as stated below;
Abandoned Restrictions
Bonnyton Road, Kilmarnock, north side – prohibition of waiting from a point 61m west Bellview Road, westwards into to the access road for a distance of 29m
Munro Avenue, Kilmarnock, both sides - prohibition of waiting - from 50m north of the extended north kerbline of Irvine Road northwards for a distance of 50m
Modifications (that are less stringent than those proposed)
Kirkland Place, Darvel – west side – the proposed prohibition of waiting and loading has been reduced from 8m to 3m on each side of Drumclog Crescent
Munro Avenue, Kilmarnock - east side – the proposed prohibition of waiting and prohibition of loading and unloading at all times has been relaxed to only prohibit loading and unloading between 8am-9.30am and 4pm-6pm, waiting will still be prohibited at all times.
A copy of the made Order and plans and the Orders and plans to be amended are available for inspection until 1/11/19 at the following locations:

during the hours of Tues/Weds 10.30am – 1.40pm and 2pm – 6pm Thurs 1.30pm-3.40pm and 5pm-8pm and Fri/Sat 10.30am – 4pm

all during the hours of Mon – Thur 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the 1984 Act), the Road Traffic Act 1991, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Acts, or of any other instrument made under the 1984 Act, has not been complied with in relation to this Order may, within six weeks from 12/09/19 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
