On 19/03/19 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on the south side of West Netherton St, Kilmarnock from a point 25m west of High Glencairn St westwards for 36m and the no waiting will be suspended on the south side from a point 18m east of Tesco’s access road eastwards for 24m, to facilitate the increased vehicular movements on the road that could cause danger to the public if the parking arrangements were not changed.
The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 25/03/19 until 24:00 hrs on 20/09/20.
