On 09/10/18 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 40mph on C83 Littlemill/Sinclairston road, Hayhill, Sinclairston (from a point 503m southwest of its junction with Route B7046 southwestwards for a distance of 0.35 kilometres or thereby). These restrictions are required to maintain road safety during building works on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 00:01hrs on 11/10/18 until 24:00 hrs on 08/04/20 and will be implemented when appropriate signs are displayed.
