On 11/09/18 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Tinto Ave, Kilmarnock, from Nevis Pl north-westwards for 90 metres (except vehicles engaged on the drainage installation and utility works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 20/09/18 until 08:00 hrs on 31/10/18, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
Alternative Route: via Tinto Ave, Whatriggs Rd and Loudoun Ave and vice versa OR via Nevis Pl, Lomond Rd and Dungavel Rd and vice versa.
