NOTICE OF PROPOSALS NOTICE is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council proposes to consider the introduction of a traffic regulation order that will introduce waiting and loading restrictions and prohibit the entry of vehicles except cycles into The Square, Cumnock (the paved area around Old Cumnock Old Church).

Full details, plan and a statement of reasons for proposing to make this traffic regulation order are attached or can be inspected at the following Council Offices during the opening hours stated:- Mon-Thu 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm (except Bank Holidays on Fri 30th March 2018 and Mon 2nd April 2018) at:- Council Headquarters, London Rd, Kilmarnock; The Johnnie Walker Bond, 15 Strand St, Kilmarnock and Rothesay House, 1 Greenholm Rd, Cumnock.

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to: Head of Roads - Ayrshire Roads Alliance at the address below by 20th April 2018.
