NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein-

 

Name of Road - Wilson Avenue, Kilmarnock

 

Affected Length of Road - the road (including the grass verge) opposite properties 13 to 43 and 12 to 24.

 

Nature of Restriction - NO WAITING AT ANY TIME (on the road including the grass verge) The restriction will be in force when cones with a no waiting sign to diagram 636 are placed on the road/verge/footway in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002, as amended.

 

Period of Restriction - From 08:00 hours on Tuesday 23rd February 2016 until 24:00 hours on Monday 14th March 2016.

 

Reason for Restriction - Because of the likelihood of serious damage to the road including the grass verge

 

Classes of Vehicles Affected - All
