NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -
Name of Road - Townhead Street, Cumnock
Affected Length of Road - From its junction with Drumbrochan Road to the
access road to Townhead Street Car Park.
Nature of Restriction - ROAD CLOSURE
Period of Restriction - From 08:00 hours until 17:00 hours on Sunday
1st April 2012
Reason for Restriction - Street lighting works
Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the Street lighting
works or vehicles requiring access to properties
within or via the closed road)
Alternative Route
Diverted traffic should proceed via Drumbrochan Road, A70, B7083 and Townhead Street or Townhead Street, B7083, B7046, A70 and Drumbrochan Road.
