On 11/5/21 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (HILL STREET, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Hill St from its junction with Strathmartine Rd to its junction with Bruce St. The Order is operative for 6 weeks from 17/5/21 for repairs to road setts, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Access will be maintained for residents where possible. The works will be carried out in phases to minimise the length of the road closure. Alternative route: Strathmartine Rd, Harcourt St, Byron St, Bruce St and in reverse.
