On 26/5/20 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (RE-OPENING OF RECYCLING CENTRES, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT AND NO WAITING) ORDER 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will temporarily impose (1) a 30 mph speed limit on A85 Riverside Ave from a point 500m or thereby west of its junction with Wright Ave to a point 500m or thereby east of its junction with Wright Ave, together with imposing a no waiting restriction on Wright Ave itself from the junction with Riverside Ave for its entire length; and (2) a no waiting restriction on both sides of Forties Rd from the junction with Drumgeith Rd to the south side of the junction with Piper St and on both sides of Piper St for its entire length. The Order is operative for 1 month from 1/6/20 for the re-opening of recycling centres, with a maximum duration of 18 months
