On 4/2/20 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (BAXTER PARK TERRACE AND PARK AVENUE, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Baxter Park Tce from Park Ave to Pitkerro Rd (Phase 1), the junction of Baxter Park Tce and Park Ave (Phase 2) and Baxter Park Tce from Park Ave to Baxter Park Ct (Phase 3). The Order is operative for 4 weeks from 10/2/20 for speed table and pedestrian improvement works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Access for residents will be maintained where possible. Alternative routes: Park Ave, Baldovan Tce and Pitkerro Rd (Phase 1), Pitkerro Rd, Baldovan Tce, Park Ave, Morgan St and Arbroath Rd (Phase 2) and Park Ave, Morgan St and Arbroath Rd (Phase 3).
