On 10/9/19 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (RANKINE STREET, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all southbound vehicular traffic in Rankine St for its entire length. The Order is operative for 2 weeks from 16/9/19 for footway reconstruction works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Northbound traffic in Rankine St is not affected. Alternative route: Inverary Tce, Albany Tce, Inverlaw Pl and Dudhope Tce.
