On 2/7/19 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (HARCOURT STREET, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Harcourt St for its entire length. The Order is operative for 8 weeks from 8/7/19 for sewer and water works for new housing, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative route: Strathmartine Rd, Strathmore Ave, Lawton Rd, Byron St and reverse.
