On 19/6/18 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (HILLTOWN, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Hilltown from its junction with Ann St (north side) to its junction with Alexander St (south side). The Order is operative for 6 weeks from 25/6/18 for facilitating carriageway realignment and electricity cabling works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Access will be maintained for businesses and residents. Alternative route: Victoria Rd/Dens Rd/Alexander St and reverse.
