On 10/4/18 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (A92 ARBROATH ROAD, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic from 1900 hrs to 0600 hrs in A92 Arbroath Rd (1) at its approach and exit at Balgillo Roundabout eastbound, (2) at its approach and exit at Balgillo Roundabout westbound, (3) at the exit from Panmurefield Roundabout westbound, (4) at the approach to Ethiebeaton Roundabout eastbound and exit westbound, (5) at all Balgillo Roundabut areas, (6) at its approach and exit at Panmurefield Roundabout westbound, (7) at all Panmurefield Roundabout areas and (8) at all Ethiebeaton Roundabout areas. The Order is operative for 5 weeks from 15/4/18 for carriageway resurfacing and lining works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Only one closure will be in place at any one time. Alternative routes: (1) Claypotts Rd, Queen St, Monifieth Rd, Dalhousie Rd, Ferry Rd, Grange Rd and West Grange Roundabout, (2) Balgillo Rd East, Balgillo Rd, Arbroath Rd and Claypotts Rd, (3) West Grange Roundabout, Grange Rd, Ferry Rd, Dalhousie Rd, Monifieth Rd, Queen St and Claypotts Rd, (4) West Grange Roundabout, Ethiebeaton Park, Ethiebeaton Roundabout and reverse, (5) Claypotts Rd, Queen St, Monifieth Rd, Dalhousie Rd, Ferry Rd, Grange Rd, West Grange Roundabout and reverse, (6) West Grange Roundabout, Grange Rd, Ferry Rd, Dalhousie Rd, Monifieth Rd, Queen St and Claypotts Rd, (7) West Grange Roundabout, Grange Rd, Ferry Rd, Dalhousie Rd, Monifieth Rd, Queen St and Claypotts Rd and (8) West Grange Roundabout, Ethiebeaton Park, Ethiebeaton Roundabout and reverse.
