On 11/8/17 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (BANK STREET, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Bank Street from its junction with Reform St to its junction with Willison St. The Order is operative for 2 weeks from 21/8/17 for carriageway resurfacing works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. The terms of the Tayside Regional Council (City of Dundee) (Traffic Management Scheme) (Review) Order 1994 will require to be suspended where they relate to all vehicular traffic in Panmure St (from Euclid Cr to Meadowside) will be suspended for the duration of the works. Alternative route: Panmure St, Meadowside, Victoria Way, North Marketgait, West Marketgait, West Bell St, Courthouse Sq and Ward Rd.
